Your health and safety is our first priority!
Due to restrictions carried out by the Australian government for the COVID-19 outbreak, we are now offering online consultations for new and existing patients.
Online consultation is for herbal medicine prescriptions and can be conducted via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or phone calls. Your herbal prescription can be picked up (non-contact, a box will be placed outside the clinic door) or via post. Book online now or call 8952 5357.
We strongly recommend our existing patients with herbal prescriptions to continue your ongoing treatments in the meantime. We have enough stock in the clinic for now but there may be major delays in freight and supply availability later on since herbal medicine is being used in Asia for COVID-19 treatment.
Herbal medicine can be used to manage chronic pain, cold and flu symptoms, immune boost, digestive conditions, IBS, migraine, menopausal syndrome, fertility support, menstrual disorders and more.
Online Consultation $30
Herbal Medicine $50 p/week (84g)
New hygiene standards in the clinic:
We are following the recommendations for infection control from both the state and federal government and keeping up to date with the informations provided by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and our professional association bodies (FCMA and ATMS).
Any patient who have recently returned from overseas or interstate within 14 days will not be accepted for treatment in the clinic. We request that you adhere to the regulations on self-isolation, travel restrictions and look out for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
No towels or sheets will be used so the bed can be complete cleaned with medical grade disinfectant after each use.
A new and single use pillow cover, disposed after each treatment.
You may bring your own clean and unused towels.
The practitioner will be wearing a mask and gloves during acupuncture treatment and herb preparations.
Hand sanitisers and medical grade hand soaps are available for clients to use upon entry to the clinic.
Patients with mild cold and flu symptoms can receive treatment but must come into the clinic wearing a mask or no treatment will be given. If fever is present then we strongly recommend you to follow up with a GP instead. Otherwise an online consultation can be arranged.
All common areas including switches, flooring, handles, furniture, phone and electronics are disinfected regularly.
An air purifier with true HEPA H13 filter has been installed in the clinic to ensure clean air quality.
Your health is important to us and we are doing the best we can for your wellbeing. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us on 8952 5357.
