CANCELLATION & NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY
When you make a booking with our clinic, the practitioner's time and clinic facilities are set aside exclusively for you. We understand that plans may change, therefore we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This allow time to reallocate your appointment to clients who may need it urgently.
Unless you have opted to not to receive any form of notification from us, you will receive an SMS reminder two days prior to confirm, cancel or change your appointment. Any changes made within the 24hr period may result in a Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee ($30). If you however do confirm or don't reply to the reminder and miss your appointment, you may be charged 100% for the scheduled appointment type. This will need to be settled before booking any further appointments. Exceptions can be given in the case of an emergency.
A 10% concession discount is available for Acupuncture/Herbal medicine Consultations, and herbal prescriptions (excluding raw herbs). This includes Full-time students, Pensioner (65 years+), Health care card holders and Veterans. Discount does not apply for Facial Acupuncture treatments.
PRIVATE HEALTH FUNDS
We have HICAPS on site which provides convenience for on the spot claims. You simply pay the "gap amount" for your cost of care. Our clinic is recognised as a provider for over 50 funds. To ensure that you are covered for Acupuncture and/or Herbal Medicine, please check with your private health provider for more information regarding percentage benefits, claims and policy before your scheduled appointment.
TREATMENT PLANS & PACKAGES
We are happy to discuss plans with regards to your ongoing treatment and care. Since acupuncture is a cumulative therapy, we offer treatment packages to encourage your commitment for your health. The packages help to make your regular sessions more affordable and with convenience. We do not offer packages to lock in or mislead our clients for sessions not required. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
