Dr Kaylin will be on medical leave from 4–23 November 2026. Online bookings with Dr Kaylin will be unavailable during this period.

Dr Sam Kwag will be available for clients wishing to continue their acupuncture and Chinese Medicine care.

Alice Springs Clinic | Upcoming Visit

Dr Kaylin's next visit to Alice Springs is expected to be 4–11 February 2027.

Due to current appointment demand, Dr Kaylin is not accepting new clients in Alice Springs until further notice.

Appointments are currently reserved for existing clients.

Important Booking Notes:​​​​​​

  • If you are a new client or it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, please select 'Initial Consultation'. Your appointment will be adjusted accordingly if the wrong appointment type is selected.

 

  • Please call the clinic before making an online booking if you suspect you have COVID-19, or if you are a close contact.

​

  • When making an online booking with us, you are agreeing to our Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy. Please see below for our full cancellation policy, which outlines where charges may apply and the contact information for changing your booking.

  • Waiting List: Please write down your preferred date + time under appointment notes just before completing the online booking. We will notify you once an earlier slot becomes available.

​​

  • All massage services can be combined with remedial massage for private health fund claims. Please let your therapist know on the day or add a note at booking when scheduling your appointment online.

Policies & Terms

Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the appointment to another client.

​

A $40 late cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply when less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

​

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee may be charged. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment and is not claimable through private health insurance. Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies.

​

A reminder will be sent by SMS or email 48 hours before your appointment, unless you have opted out of notifications.​

​​

How to cancel or reschedule:

  • Reply directly to your SMS or email reminder.

  • Use the appointment link provided in your reminder, provided this is done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Call us during business hours or leave a voicemail.

  • Email reception@senhealthclinic.com.au with your appointment details.​​

Please note that social media, WhatsApp and LINE messages are not accepted as formal cancellation or rescheduling notices.

Concession Discount Policy

A 10% concession discount is available for consultations and treatments charged at the full service fee (excluding herbal medicine).
This discount is available to full-time tertiary students, pensioners, and Health Care Card holders.

Please note:

  • Services already offered at a concession rate are not eligible for further discount.

  • Discount does not apply to any Facial Acupuncture treatments.

Private Health Claims

We have HICAPS available on site for convenient, on-the-spot claiming. You simply pay the gap amount after your private health fund contribution. Our clinic is recognised by over 50 health funds. To avoid surprises, please check with your private health provider before your appointment for details on your coverage, benefit percentages, and claim eligibility. Please note: Facial acupuncture treatments cannot be claimed through private health insurance.

Treatment Plans & Packages

Where ongoing appointments are appropriate, our practitioners may discuss treatment plans or packages based on your individual needs and circumstances. Packages are offered for convenience and may provide reduced fees for eligible services. We do not recommend appointments that are not clinically appropriate. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable consumer law.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit and Cash. 

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. Outstanding accounts exceeding 7 days incur a late payment administration fee of $10. After 28 days, the debt will be transferred to a debt recovery specialist and legal action will be commenced.
