Important Booking Notes:

If you are a new client or it has been more than 12 months between visits, please choose 'Initial Consultation'. Your appointment will be adjusted accordingly if the wrong appointment type is made.

Please call the clinic before making an online booking if: You suspect you have COVID-19, or if you are a close contact.

When making an online booking with us, you are agreeing to our Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy. Please see below for our full cancellation policy to understand where charges may apply and ways you can contact us to change your booking.

Waiting List: Please write down your preferred date + time under appointment notes just before completing the online booking. We will notify you once an earlier slot becomes available.

All massage services can be combined with remedial massage for private health fund claims. Please let your practitioner know on the day or add a note to your booking when scheduling your appointment online.

CANCELLATION & NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY
When you make a booking, the practitioner's time and clinic facilities are reserved just for you. We understand that your schedule might change, therefore we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This allows time to reallocate your appointment to other clients on a waiting list.

Unless you have opted out of notifications from us, you will receive an SMS or email reminder 48 hours before to confirm, cancel or change your appointment. Any late changes may incur a fee of $40. If you, however, do confirm or don't reply to the reminder and miss your appointment (no-show), you may be charged 100% for the scheduled appointment type. This fee needs to be paid before booking the next appointment and is not claimable on health funds. Exceptions can be given in the case of an emergency.

By proceeding with our online booking, you are confirming that you agree with our cancellation and non-attendance policy.

How to cancel or reschedule:

Reply to your SMS or email reminder directly which you will receive 48 hours before your appointment.

Use the appointment link in your SMS or email reminder, as long as it's done at least 24 hours in advance — this way, no fees will apply.

Call us during business hours or leave a voice message and we'll return your call as soon as possible.

Email reception@senhealthclinic.com.au with your appointment details and request. We'll confirm once the booking is updated.

Unfortunately, we do not accept messages on our social media, WhatsApp or Line apps as formal notifications for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CONCESSION DISCOUNT POLICY
A 10% concession discount is available for consultations and treatments charged at the full service fee (excluding herbal medicine).
This discount is available to full-time tertiary students, pensioners, and Health Care Card holders.
Please note:

Services already offered at a concession rate are not eligible for further discount.

Discount does not apply to any Facial Acupuncture treatments.

PRIVATE HEALTH CLAIMS
We have HICAPS available on site for convenient, on-the-spot claiming. You’ll simply pay the gap amount after your private health fund contribution. Our clinic is recognised by over 50 health funds. To avoid surprises, please check with your private health provider before your appointment for details on your coverage, benefit percentages, and claim eligibility. Please note: Facial acupuncture treatments cannot be claimed through private health insurance.

TREATMENT PLANS & PACKAGES
We are happy to discuss plans for your ongoing treatment and care. Since Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Remedial Massages are cumulative therapies, we offer treatment packages to encourage your commitment to your health. The packages help to make your regular sessions more affordable and convenient. We do not offer packages to lock in or mislead our clients ​for sessions not required. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Valid for up to 12 months of use.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit and Cash.
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. Outstanding accounts exceeding 7 days incur a late payment administration fee of $10. After 28 days the debt will be transferred to a debt recovery specialist and legal action is commenced.
